1. Return and Refund Policy

At Lulu Ricci, your satisfaction is important to us. Below are the conditions applicable to returns and refunds.

1.1 Return Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to contact us and initiate a return request.

1.2 Promotional or Sale Items

Items purchased on promotion, sale, or with a discount code cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged, except in the case of a proven manufacturing defect. This condition is clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.

1.3 Full-Price Items (non-promotional)

To be eligible for a refund, full-price items must strictly meet all of the following conditions:

  • Be new, never used, worn, washed, or installed
  • Be returned in their original, intact packaging
  • Have all labels present and intact (not removed, cut, or damaged)
  • Include all accessories and documents provided at purchase

Any product not meeting these criteria will be refused and sent back to the sender without refund.

1.4 Quality Control Before Refund

Each return is systematically inspected by our quality control team. Refunds are only validated after a complete check confirming that the product meets all the above conditions. This process may take up to 5 business days after receipt of the package.

1.5 How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@luluricci.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions and the return address.

1.6 Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error on our part (defective item, wrong reference sent, etc.).

1.7 Refund Method

Once the return is accepted and validated by our team, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase, within 20 business days.

1.8 Non-Returnable Products

Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as:

  • Underwear
  • Opened cosmetic products
  • Earrings
  • Personalized items
