Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment is received.

- Latin America: 7 business days
- Australia / Oceania: 7 business days
- Asia: 7 business days
- Middle East: 7 business days
These times are provided as an estimate and may vary depending on the carrier, local customs procedures, and seasonal factors.
4.3 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, weight and/or volume of the order, and are displayed before payment confirmation.
4.4 Customs Duties and Local Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, value‑added tax (VAT/GST), or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price. We recommend checking with local customs authorities before placing an order.

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
4.6 Delays
Lulu Ricci is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, or events beyond our control (strike, natural disaster, technical failure, etc.).
